Overview
Sozo is a free fan site. We collect as little data as possible and never sell it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it removed.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. This is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and used only to identify your account across sessions.
We also store preferences you set on the site — such as your title visibility setting and bookmarks — linked to your account.
We do not collect payment information, precise location, or any data beyond what is listed above.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the site’s features: keeping you signed in, saving your preferences, and syncing your spoiler boundary across devices. We do not use it for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any commercial purpose.
Third-party services
Sozo uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Vercel — site hosting and deployment
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in provider
- Discord OAuth — optional sign-in provider
We do not control what these services collect on their end. Please review their policies if you have concerns.
Data retention & deletion
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing ehknee@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies & storage
Sozo stores your session token and preferences in your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in between visits. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
